My partner and I needed a break from the violence, the dead bodies, no holds barred movies we had subjected ourselves to over the previous weeks. This film, as described elsewhere, has a simple story line but as it unfolds, the little bits that are added along the way, ensure the movie delivers. It's beautifully written and more than once I asked myself why the writer had put this or that in and every time I came up with the same answer. Because it's funny or entertaining and it works. It's less than an hour and a half long and if for some reason the movie doesn't work for you, you've lost little. My partner described it as a chick flick and maybe, some guys would want more action but it's a light comedy after all. So do yourselves a favor, sit back, turn the lights down and enjoy this beautiful movie.
