As a study in adolescent frustration this was just about perfect. Pablo and Jésus meet for a Grindr date but can't find anywhere to get it on together. Every attempt stymies them.
In the meantime, their conversation is typical early-adolescent banter, asking either/or questions of each other. We follow them from home, to an hourly-rate hotel, through the streets and finally to a rooftop. Each time they take off their clothes to get down to the nitty-gritty, something goes wrong.
They finally decide to have breakfast at Jésus's house. It's left to our imagination as to whether they achieve their ambition there or not.
This was a lovely little short and the writer had an ear for the way kids talk. I liked it a great deal.
