The shield the messenger brings at the beginning is said to be Gawain's, but instead of the lower half showing a golden hawk in a blue background, it has a golden axe amid gray (Mordred's symbol).
There are inconsistencies with the colors of Rowanne's dress. When she is first seen on the platform with Valiant, Arn, and Queen Ilene, Rowanne's dress is mainly white with the trimming on each half in the front red with pink triangles, and gold trimming at the end of the sleeves. When Queen Ilene mentions there's something she wants to tell them, the trimmings of Rowanne's dress are pink with black triangles and the sleeves are black. Then, in a far shot of the four on the platform, Rowanne's dress is dark and pale green with a triangular collar, which were the colors she wore earlier. In the next scene featuring Rowanne, her dress is back to the colors of white, red, pink, and gold again. Rowanne is also seen wearing dark and pale green when she's sitting on a fountain.
As Queen Ilene asks, "What am I going to do now?", her lips move. But then as she says "Without that water", her lips aren't moving.
