Short synopsis: Cinema of Horror
Three students drift through the genres of their favourite Asian flicks. Their arguments take them into an array of comic fantasy scenarios, from Bollywood song-and-dance spectaculars through to blood-soaked bulletfests and creepy nighttime terrors in this entertaining comment on modern European and North American filmmaking.
Set in a world of independent cinema and DVD stores our trio MARCUS, HING & HANS debate cinema's future in true student fashion. However, when faced with writing a film, will Marcus Im just a song and dance guy follow his inclinations or will the current fad for British horror and western zombie movies prevail?
Made in Yorkshire. Filmed in Bradford, Leeds & Harrogate. Features an original score by International Chinese Composer Jiang Li and Bhangra/Bollywood scenes by composers Malook Singh & Suki Chand Aaja Ni Aja (Come on lets dance).
