With a running time of 28 minutes, this is an unusually long movie for 1910. The names of the cast members appear to have been lost over time which, apart from the female lead, is no great loss, and the unconvincing plot has no real direction for most of its running time. Midway through, it takes a comic diversion involving a depiction of the real-life puritan Carrie Nation that causes the hero and his friends to laugh uproariously - which they seem to do at the drop of a hat.
