The alarm clock in the first scene, which reads 4:47 is all black around the edges, whereas the second clock, showing 0543 has white writing (perhaps numbers) along the left, right and bottom sides of the display, suggesting the clocks were switched over during filming. Also, the second clock does not have a colon (:) between the hour and the minutes.
When Cam (as the Detective) pulls out the .38 that was hidden in the sound system she refers to it as a "Saturday Night Special" and "totally disposable". In fact it's am older model Colt Detective Special, a collector's item that would never be referred to as a Saturday Night Special. Ironically her next line is about crime novelists ""always getting it wrong".
(at around 16 mins) Sweets pours Hodgins a drink, then drops in a slice of lime, which floats, but the ice remains sunken at the bottom of the glass.
In Booth's dream Arastoo speaks with his normal Americanized voice, not the false Jordanian accent he had affected up to this point. Arastoo does not use his normal voice until several episodes later.
