A man breaks into a vault at the British Foreign Office. He removes documents from the vault, photographs them and pockets the film. Unbeknown to him, he is being watched by an Intelligence agent who then reports to his superior and follows the man. in the meanwhile Biff and his wife Louise are preparing to do some sightseeing prior to a meeting Biff has with a London exporter. Biff puts a couple of cameras with straps around his neck and Louise makes the Joe Tourist remark. They are sightseeing and taking photos including one with Louise and a flower seller. Just then the thief walks by, hands off the film to an associate and realizes he is being followed. There is gun fire and the associate runs for it. It not before passing the film to the flower seller ( who is not all she seems to be) who in turn slips the role of film into Biff's pocket. The Intelligence officers interview the Bakers and the thieves try to retrieve the film. It's all good fun which Biff manages to untangle. The episode includes a particularly good panoramic shot of Waterloo Station. Another good episode with the very personable Bakers. June Vincent is especially good as the flower seller/spy.
