I came across this story about Bon Jovi in the Daily Mail. It is accompanied by 2 photos illustrating the longevity of the New Jersey rock band. The caption on the first photo reads: Rock Gods: Bon Jovi at the Monsters of Rock Festival in Castle Donington in 1987. The caption on the second pic says: Still going strong: The band in New York last year. Just one problem -- in the second photo, band members David Bryan, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Tico Torres are flanking Showtime CEO Matt Blank at last year's premiere of Bon Jovi: When We Were Beautiful. Bon Jovi has been a quartet ever since former bassist Alec John Such left in 1994. Maybe they've finally found a 5th member.

Bon Jovi have revealed that they hired a rock psychiatrist to cement their relationship after a difficult tour in the early 1990s. The 'Living On A Prayer' band made the revelation in a new documentary titled Bon Jovi: When We Were Beautiful, reports WENN. Frontman Jon Bon Jovi said: "Aerosmith's manager... told us about this guy named Lou Cox; he had no ulterior motive, no commissions involved. He came in and got us to just speak better than anyone else could have. "He was our saving grace and that was our big secret for years and (more)...

At Wednesday night's premiere of Bon Jovi: When We Were Beautiful, the band tries to quietly sneak to their seats after the house lights came down, but that doesn't fool this crowd. They are here to see Bon Jovi, and to bring home photographic proof. Immediately, a cheer goes out and flashes start a-popping. They don't stop for a solid five minutes, with people from all sections at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center aiming their cameras blindly in the direction of Jon Bon Jovi, Tico Torres, Dave Bryan, and Richie Sambora. The woo-hoos don't stop during the movie either, as this crowd is clearly fired up and ready for a concert. And they are not disappointed. Directed by photographer Phil Griffin, When We Were Beautiful follows the band on their Lost Highway tour in 2007 and 2008, juxtaposing intimate interviews with the band with rollicking concert footage that illustrates the ...
