- We see the mom of a character's girlfriend with lots of cleavage and we see very big part of her breasts
- A man is masterbating in his bed. He gets caught by the other prisoners in the room. He proceeds to tell them a very graphic story about his girl's mother in bed. The inmates proceed to 'hype' and scream at him.
- The opening scene depicts licking & ear-biting but without nudity, the main character is then nabbed in his bedroom for drug possession while enthusiastically pleasuring his high girlfriend by "cunnilingus", he is then interrupted by his mother from behind his door and we see her vaginal fluid on his mouth.
- Lots of discussion about sex & ladies (some graphic).
- A partial sex scene in a flashback (no nudity).
- Several young men are shown showering in an open shower. Their backs are to the camera, so their is no full-frontal nudity, but instead their butts are fully shown.
- Three boys are asked to undress for a strip search in the beginning. During this there is a shot of the boys standing naked in a row, covering their genitals with their hands. Some pubic hair is visible. They turn around, and their butts are fully visible. They are told to bend over and cough but the camera cuts to their faces and doesn't show their butts at that point. An inmate is found painting a nude picture of a woman on a wall. It's very crude so not much is seen.

- Lots of prison brutality & torture (some graphic) including pretty much every kind of bullying, emotional, physical, or mental torture possible. Though its not extreme, it is to an excess. Quite a bit of it is sudden as well, depending on what it is.
- A group of young men attack a man while hes sleeping.
- A inmate has his face cut suddenly by another inmate with a knife.
Profanity

- Anti-gay slurs are used MANY times throughout the movie.
- Constant f bombs & 1 use of the word c**t with lighter profanities & insults throughout and uses of the word n*gger.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A young man uses cocaine, and some men draw on his face with a marker. Later he can't move and is seen crawling on the floor. A correctional officer makes him puke the cocaine out.
- Lots of Drug references.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A inmate is brutally beaten by another inmate, his face is all bloody.

- A correctional officer in frustration throws an inmate against a steel pipe, killing him instantly.
- Near the end of the film there's a graphic rape scene, though there's only brief rear nudity before something is stuffed in it; it's still brutal showing the emotions of his face as he's screaming.
