Amazing Documentary
An incredible portrait of courage in the face of day-to-day adversity, where the smallest of daily activities that most would perform without a second thought become huge battles to be won - battles that must be fought over and over again.

With their straight-shooting style, the filmmakers have really captured the essence of life for Felix and have produced a thought-provoking, nuanced, compassionate portrait of his daily struggles and successes. Particularly noteworthy is the way in which the director manages to achieve the right balance between fly-on-the-wall factual coverage and sympathy for the subject, without ever making the audience feel manipulated in any way. Quite an achievement!

A Day in the Life of Felix

This a a fantastic piece of documentary making. I watched a film about a subject of which I knew nothing and by the end of it I understood everything, this is very rare with a lot of documentaries today. This film is very informative and it's easy to digest the story about Felix's world and is directed with a very precise and sympathetic style that always reminds us that Felix is a Human being and not someone who should be alienated from the rest of society because of his crippling disease. I have seen many films which try to tackle these very sensitive issues but end up being an embarrassing mess mainly because the producers/directors obviously do not have the true knowledge and insight of the subject matter they are filming, 'A Day in the Life of Felix' is not the case. A big well done to the film makers.
