Photojournalist Charles Moore's images from the Civil Rights Movement, many of which appeared in LIFE magazine, literally helped change America for the better. As a southerner, I so appreciate this documentary evidence that there were white folks who cared deeply about these issues and put themselves on the line to advance the cause. Anyone interested in the history of photojournalism will agree, I think, that this is a must-see. Moore's interview and commentary reveal his passion and his dedication to his art and craft. New journalism at its best.
