Eric and Ernie go shopping in a supermarket where they meet Hannah Gordon who is desperate to star in Ernie's next play. She is upset when he says he isn't writing any more plays. Eric then decides to write a play for her. Mary Travers sings "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face". They receive Eric's play but Ernie is not impressed. However, on a closer reading he likes 'The Moon and 2½p', which is set in the south seas. Hannah Gordon has the role of Princess Lino.—jem
