- A man gets his neck twisted by a demonic force his head spins in a 180 and his body collapses on a glass table.
- A man is melted alive and smoke can be seen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is a very disturbing hypnosis scene where Gus is seen ripping his stomach open and pulling his skin and worms and just blood just comes pouring out but you find out that none of it happened because of the hypnosis.
- During a scene where lilly is transforming and the onscreen deaths of June, Gus, and Carmichael can be seen as disturbing yet intense.
- A young girl is restrained at the wrists by two bolts of electricity that begin to stretch her. As the girl screams in pain, her head splits open down the middle as beams of power course through her gaping wound, and her eyes burn white with electricity. While not bloody or on the level of the other depictions, it is still startling.
