Disclaimer: This is a full S8 review, not an episode 10 review.
This season shares the story of Bilal, a teenage boy
passionate about fashion, but in reality he is far from being a carefree teenager. He and his brother Zakaria have been on their own for a month and have been facing precariousness, homelessness and helping her "friend" Jo dealing with HIV.
From a personal point of view, I didnt find a connection with this seasons story although there were a few moments that I loved, e.g: when Bilal went to the HIV meeting just to support Jo (please adorably cute), and Bilal confronting his mom was everything! (his mom is not the greatest mom ever)
At some points, I felt that the seasons central wasnt Bilal but instead Jo, so I really was excepting for them to fathom into Bilal story a bit more.
Hopefully, I will like next season a bit more.
