local politics
SnoopyStyle3 September 2022
This is a documentary about the decrepit state of the MTA in NYC. It's a battle between Governor Andrew Cuomo and mayor Bill de Blasio. Andy Byford is hired to save the crumbling system. It follows the local politics and ends with COVID.

Being New York City, the greater world does know the names of some of these political figures. I knew that Cynthia Nixon ran something in New York. It is very interesting to put all these figures into their places. I don't know anything about local New York politics. So this is like a play where I know some of the main characters but it's the first time to watch the story unfold. It's fascinating.
