Visiting historic Boston is as simple as following the Freedon Trail etched right into the sidewalk. But there is more to Boton than history. The Back Bay area is a good side trip as is Cambridge. There is great local food, particularly seafood, but avoid the chain restaurants if you're looking for an authentic experience.

Boston is and old town steeped in history which can make it tough for visitors to get around and leads to lots of merchants striving to cash in on knock off products and experiences. But it is also a picturesque city with many activities such as historic and modern museums, outdoor venues, great food and sporting events.

In 2022 travel is back but the travel infrastructure isn't. There are so may travelers that airport check ins are taking much longer and alternatives if you miss a flight are limited. When you reach your destination you may also find that some attractions are out of business and there are fewer restaurants for the same reason.
