- An elite team is trying to bring down a very violent drug dealer in Los Angeles, and the lead cop is constantly being told he is going against the rules. The other cops also seem rebellious and won't be bothered with such details as rules. There is lots of violence. A cop gets killed.
Jack Lucarelli is Mike, a captain who will not back down or follow rules, and he's always determined to get what he wants. His wife Jeannie was killed years ago and he still works with her brother.
