We just discovered that comedian and rapper Katt Williams will be indicted on Monday in Atlanta on charges that stem from his arrest on Sunday November 8th from charges of burglary and criminal trespassing, according to our source.
As reported then, there was an incident that happened at FIlm Producer Barry Hankerson’s home in Newnan, about 38 miles southwest of Atlanta. Police stated that an unidentified person called police around 9 p.m. to report the comedian "gained entry by breaking into the home, and items were taken from the residence."
Coweta County Sheriff's Office Major James Yarbrough said jewelry was taken, but did not have further details to report.
Later during that week it was discovered that Williams was filming in Atlanta and was a guest in film producer Barry Hankeson's home and that there was a minor altercation and the police arrested Williams before the entire details of the case could be sorted out.
