The film was shot quickly: fifty-four scenes in all were shot over a period of eight weekends. However, the editing of the film took a year and a half due to a hiatus resulting from the filmmakers' other commitments.
Because the film was privately funded, the cameras used to shoot the film -four in all- were borrowed from colleagues of the filmmakers. Likewise, the editing required that the project be moved to four different borrowed computers until the editor bought his own system.
Despite it's low-budget, it was aired during the competitive Eid holiday for a major channel in Bangladesh.
