2010. Kornelia Titko I find the tenement in which the sender of the letter to Teresa lived. He finds his rented flat ruined, with traces of a gas explosion. He talks to its owner, then asks his son Marcin to find out which hospital the burned man was transported to. At the hospital, Dr. Fijalkowski and the psychiatrist Henryk Wolf called by him talk to the burned man, who insists that it is August 1978 and does not recognize the Polish pope Wojtyla in the photo, claiming that the pope must be an Italian. He also says something about hunting in Swietoszyn and sings a strange song about an atomic bomb. At some point, doctors lose contact with him .
