The crew filmed the internal monologues as real sequences, with the camera rolling and the actors in the shot, so that when edited together, there won't be a tonal difference between what they say out loud and what they think inside. This was a creative choice by the director to convey the message: mean it like you say it.
The frogs in the film were not really broken by the fall they suffered, so they had to be smashed up off camera, by the director, who allegedly enjoyed it.
The shot where Steve (Attila Árpa) spills whiskey on himself was an accident, but he could continue the scene and because it reflected the character's careless attitude of the moment, that accidental shot made it into the final cut.
Not one of the songs the director picked out made it in the movie for financial reasons. Instead, the director's long-time friend, Ádám Balázs, found songs that were even better and filled the 16 minute film with 6 songs.
