- A car being chased by police cars flips off the side of the road. The door opens, and a bloodied man staggers out with a gun in his hand.
- The main character is shot in the left chest area. This may be intense/sad for some viewers.
- The main character walks through an abandoned hospital. Blood is in puddles on the floor and smeared on the walls. The hospital is in complete shambles.
- A dead lady opens her eyes and begins reaching for the main character. Her legless frame prevents her from doing so, but the scene is frightening for younger viewers.
- A zombie slowly climbs the stairs to the door where the main character is hiding. She peers intently at the door, before slowly turning the door knob back and forth.
