- Under the pale sky of the Arizona desert a lone cowboy rides. Through the vast emptiness of the plain he is confronted with himself and the elements. After he rejects a stranger's plea for help, fate steps in and forces him to look within.
- Arizona 1879. Through the obscure patchwork of the desert we follow the path of a lone cowboy. He rides down a road which leads to nowhere, which is exactly where he wants to go. With no future, no past and no name he rides a path of disenchantment. His journey to nowhere is derailed when he falls upon a destroyed camp. The camp has been looted and burned to the ground. It's inhabitants hunted and killed. Except for one. The cowboy is faced with a burden he wishes not to carry. To help the stranger is not in his interest nor in his nature. When a man is forced to look within himself and examine his true make up. He can discover the things he thought he let die are the only things keeping him alive
