(at around 12 mins) The construction worker's water jug falls through the hole in the bridge. But in the scene before it, the water jug isn't visible on the concrete barrier it fell from.
(at around 32 mins) During the gymnastics scene, there's a girl doing a routine on the uneven bars. There's a thick blue pad that she dismounts onto and an orange mat next to it. A few minutes later when Candice is doing her uneven bar routine the blue pad and orange mat are gone.
(at around 15 mins) During the bridge collapse, there is a gap between two rail pipes that Molly and Olivia try to cross. When Olivia attempts to cross the two railings following Molly, she is seen on the first railing crawling and looking at Molly reaching for her. In the exact next screen shot, Olivia is seen on the second railing reaching or Molly, then falls.
(at around 1h 18 mins) In the kitchen there are two large bottles for the fire suppression system on the wall. When Peter shoots one of the bottles, gas comes spraying out. Restaurant systems do not use gaseous suppression agents, they use either liquid/foam or dry chemical agents. Because in principle they rely on displacing enough oxygen in the room to starve the fire, gas systems are ineffective against "localized" grease fires - in addition to being potentially lethal to anyone in the room when discharge occurs. They are only used in areas where fires would be electrical in nature and dry chemicals or foams would cause collateral damage to sensitive equipment (such as computer rooms).
During the premonition, Isaac is seeing falling and tumbling over the seats as the bus is plummeting towards the river. This is impossible as they would both be falling at the same time and speed. Isaac would be floating "weightless" at the back of the bus until it hit the surface of the water.
(at around 1h) The LASIK machine would be unable to produce a beam powerful enough to cause the amount of burning shown due to its power limitations.
During the premonition, Olivia falls from the bridge to the water below and immediately surfaces, seemingly unharmed. Hitting water from this height would be like hitting concrete, which is usually fatal, and would result in serious injuries or death.
(At around 1 hr 22 mins) The plane to Paris is shown as a Boeing 747, which is a wide body plane typically with 2 aisles and as many as 9 or more seats per row. However, the interior shots of the plane show a single aisle configuration with the typical 6 seats per row used in smaller commercial planes.
Bludworth is shown to be a coroner in this film, an employee of the county or state who works in investigating how people died. A couple weeks later, when the events of Final Destination (2000) take place, he's an undertaker (prepares dead bodies for funerals and handles cremation) who's far enough into that field as to own and run his own funeral home.
After Issac dies, Sam asks the coroner why he is following him. He says that he has seen this before, however, the first time this character is seen is when Claire speaks to him in the morgue. If this movie takes places before the plane crash from the first movie, then there would either be another disaster that happened before the plane, or the timeline doesn't add up.
A 2009 Volkswagen Jetta can be seen on the bridge; the film is set in 2000.
(at around 11 mins) The bridge and scenery is not that of any in New York, but the Lionsgate Bridge in Vancouver, BC.
As the bus approaches the bridge, an orange Canadian roadwork sign can be seen, which gives a distance in meters. U.S. road signs generally do not give metric distances (i.e. meters), but ones in Canada, where this movie was filmed, do.
In Final Destination (2000) when Flight 180 crashed in Alex's premonition it was a series of events gradually escalating, when the real crash of Flight 180 was just one big explosion, but when Flight 180 crashes in Final Destination 5 (2011) it plays out like Alex's premonition.
The news reporter says that there were eight employee bus survivors and 17 employees who died on that bus. When Isaac goes to the washroom, 19 employees are seen.
