The plot of season 2 was very interesting and I was so hyped, because I loved season 1. The storyline of the 1st episode was very well written, everything was well explained and described really well. The characters, are exactly the same and they were all well-developed. I have to admit, that the first episode of season 2 wasn't as good as the first episode of season 1. The opening scene of season 2 was really funny and gladly they explained us what happened after the end of season 1. The 1st kill of season 2 was definitely unexpected, but it was done off-screen (I hope the next kills are gonna be super bloody). Gladly, the casting was the same and their acting was good, just like on season 1. Overall, it was a very intense episode and probably the most intense part of that episode was, the phone call between Chucky and Jake (scream vibes, for sure). Last but not least, the ending scene was kinda expected and I can't wait to watch the next episodes!

To start, the continued characters don't seem bothered or affected by what happened to them beforehand as in the first season of the show. Comedy still apparent, makes the show, the even existent belief that Chucky can be alive is used wisely in the script. Is it good? Yes because it's like in previous incarnations. The Soap style build up can be annoying for some, but it is on purpose for a fall of characters you can see. Sorry Jack Chucky's Back perfect for the reason that the old characters believed they can just go on with their lives. They didn't even remember his voice on the phone They thought it was over it never will be, I've been watching it from the 80s. Fun episode good setup, comedy to come! Can't fault it.

I loved season 1 even though it wasn't perfect but this premiere was absolutely amazing! It is better than last seasons premiere and better than all of season 1. The tone, writing, pacing is all better and the acting is way better. Zack did a really good job as Jake this episode. Jake and Devon are cute and the atmosphere of the episode was just phenomenal. Also can't forget about the many references, One particular reference I never expected from chucky. Can you guess which one it is? I'll give you a hint, it involves a talking dog. Anyways if you liked season 1 then im sure you will love this episode. I can't wait for next week to see more mayham!
