- A bunch of women 'mate' with one character (offscreen). He later is seen in pain and holding his balls.
- One character is pushed into a woman's very huge breasts.
- Lots of gay jokes, including a guy whipping himself on his bare butt and people using typical s&m clothes.

- You can see a bunch of dead characters in several scenes. Some corpses are bloody.
- Decapitated body parts can be seen in many scenes. Looks cartoonish, even though disturbing.
