In true indie-film style, "Godless'" Post-Production was done entirely from a MacBook Pro shared around by the Post-Production department. According to the film's Director, he would shoot during the day and edit by night to make sure they had captured everything, as reshoots weren't an option.
This film was shot in 20 days in rural Victoria with such a low budget that most of the money went into accommodation and catering. The above-the-line crew had to work two jobs to have enough money to complete the film.
The film was researched and developed during the extensive Melbourne, Australia COVID-19 lockdowns, and production started immediately after the lockdowns were eased.
