During the climb exercise in the link trainer, the instruments remained stationary. When climbing on instruments, airspeed is the primary pitch instrument and the altimeter is a secondary pitch instrument. No loss of airspeed was noted as would be seen while changing from a previous cruise configuration, and no steadily increasing altitude was seen on the altimeter. Only a minimal display of climb was shown on the artificial horizon.
It is not possible to deliver oxygen by rubber tubing to flight crews by placing a piece of tubing in the mouth. It requires a demand regulator and delivery by a breathing mask.
The landing field intruder, "Rosie", is seen using a Brownie Hawkeye camera in 1940 that did not exist until May, 1949.
The original poppies were red with a black center and a smaller green middle yet in the series the poppies are just red and black which are the colors of the poppies from the 1970s onward.
