- Moderate - Despite being a grindhouse horror game with a high body count, the onscreen violence is surprisingly tame. Because of its Super Nintendo-style graphics and its emphasis on narration over visuals, most of the violence is left to your imagination, making it far more disturbing than graphic. The absolute worst of it, a torture scene involving three grade schoolers, is not shown at all, though the sounds are definitely discomforting.

- None - Nobody drinks, the only drugs characters use are over the counter and prescription drugs, and there's one scene where it's implied an underage character is smoking, but nothing is shown, and it's done and over pretty fast.
