"Mars: The New Evidence" is an somewhat conventional, Big Science-oriented documentary that gives a reasonable summary of the thinking on Mars when it was made back in 2010. This, of course, was before the landing of the Mars Curiosity rover in 2012 so it's a bit outdated now. It's still worth watching for people who are really into Mars.
