- Unlike most Yakuza games, blood cannot be toggled off in the menu. Some blood spurts and small puddles while fighting. Enemies are bloodied a decent amount after hitting them.

- Variety of cuss words including damn, shit, f**k, pr*ck. Most of the f bombs come from Saejima and not as present throughout the rest of the game. The language is subtitled as the spoken language is Japanese.
