The show finally got going in the last episode but this one was not quite so good but still watchable.
A bit more of The Conga would have given the show a bit more of an cheesy lift but Call Me by Blondie was a great upbeat way to end the episode.
The story itself plodded a bit here with lots of deals and double crossing going on.
The show maybe set in the 8ps but minority groups play a bigger part here than they would in a show actually made in the 80s.
I am surprised we haven't seen anyone from a same sex couple (hardly any sex to be honest despite AIDS and herpes being the biggest worries of the era), a visually impaired person or someone in a wheelchair which probably makes it less woke and more watchable.
