In just one week the fourth annual Telluride Horror Show kicks off in picturesque Telluride, Co, with Ben Ketai’s anticipated trapped-in-a-mine thriller Beneath rounding out the weekend.
Other films in the line-up include All Hallow’s Eve, a Halloween-based anthology that features the return of the demonic Art the Clown, who was first seen in the terrific short film Terrifier; Jesse T. Here's an extremely entertaining CG animated monster short film called Mutant Land from director Phil Tippett. The CG animation is done really well, and I love the visual style and creature designs. There's really not much of a story, but it introduces us to a crazy post-apocalyptic mutant world in which creatures must fight for their survival.
Here's a short synopsis for the movie:
As the sun goes down in the dark and terrifying place that is Mutant Land, the creatures roaming this world are on the ultimate search for food.
It's a fun and wild ride, so enjoy it!
MutantLand from Tippett Studio on Vimeo.

On the cult film front are Jack Perez’s Some Guy Who Kills People starring Kevin Corrigan in the eponymous role; Alex Ross Perry‘s abusive sibling flick The Color Wheel; the brutal Father...
