"Mesmerized" is a Playgirl compilation that falls into the fresher category: not just a random assemblage of old footage made to feed the Playgirl TV stomach but rather a new shoot of new material.
One of the best segments is a lengthy Bonus Scene titled "The Art of Man" starring Marcus London and the great redhead Marie McCray, in which their pantomime sex is teasingly slow-paced and quite effective.
London also appears uncredited as an extra playing a bank teller in an untitled skit starring Seth Gamble and Brynn Tyler, who make fantasy love in the bank vault (an effectively stylized set by director/art director Skye Blue).
The added 15-minute BTS short subject shows Skye directing the various segments, and is instructive in limning her approach to making the content Romantic for the Playgirl target audience. Perhaps too soggy for the usual porn consumer, "Puppy Love" has Danny Mountain presenting irresistible cutie Amia Miley with a present of a puppy wrapped in a bow, before they hump.
