Learn more- With five couples left, one more has to leave on Tuesday night's "Dancing with the Stars" results show.
Here's a quick look at the leader board as it stood at the end of Monday night's episode:
Brandy & Maks: 29 +28 = 57
Jennifer & Derek: 27 + 30 = 57
Kyle & Lacey: 27 + 29 = 56
Kurt & Anna: 24 + 24 = 48
Bristol & Mark: 24 +23 = 47
Play it again: Head judge Len Goodman got right to the encore, asking Kyle & Lacey to perform their uptempo, instant jive to "Good Golly Miss Molly."
To the results: Kyle & Lacey are called to the stage first, all by themselves. They're safe.
Dance Center: Kenny Mayne, Jerry Rice and Len Goodman are back with another edition of "Dance Center."
Some highlights: On Kyle's stat sheet, under "Dislikes" Kenny listed, "Anything physical." Kenny notes that Bristol Palin was named after the Bristol Inn, where her mom worked when Bristol was born. "Good thing she didn't work at a place called Barf," Kenny quips.
In the second part of "Dance Center," Kenny and Jerry stage an intervention because of Len's obsession with Brandy.
Kenny asks Len to explain an oddity: "This show's getting weirder every season," he says after a string of clips in which Derek is slowing rocking Jennifer in his arms. "Derek could be her son. She's, like, 50 years old. Her name's baby and he's rocking her. Make sense of that, old man."
Be our guest: Singer Taio Cruz dropped by to perform his single, "Dynamite." Later, John Legend and The Roots performed their new song, "Wake Up Everybody." Later, John Legend and The Roots return to perform Legend's Grammy-winning hit, "Ordinary People."
Back to the results: Jennifer & Derek and Kurt & Anna are called to the stage next. Jennifer & Derek are safe and Kurt & Anna area still in jeopardy. Later, Brandy & Maks and Bristol & Mark come to the stage for results. The next couple safe is Bristol & Mark, leaving Brandy & Maks in jeopardy.
Maks vs. Carrie Ann: The argument between Maks and Carrie Ann on Monday resurfaces a few times Tuesday. Brooke Burke asks Brandy backstage if she understood Carrie Ann's criticism and Brandy says she did. Asked what she was thinking during the verbal tussle, Brandy said, "Stay out of it."
Later, Brooke asks Maks if he has anything to say about it, and he apologizes "to the fans" because that's not the kind of drama they want to see. He says he'll "go back to being cool." Asked if he has anything to say to Carrie Ann, he says, "Let's just do our jobs."
Tom notes that Maks' return to "being cool lasted all of 12 seconds."
The final result: Brandy & Maks and Kurt & Anna's fates hang in the balance -- though they aren't necessarily the bottom two. Tom finally reveals that the couple going home is ... well, not yet.
Bruno says the competition would lose "a real gentleman" if Kurt goes home. Carrie Ann reiterates that she expects to see Brandy in the final. She tells Maks she's "always respected" all of the pros, "so I hope that you will let it go."
Now, the couple with the lowest combined total and leaving this week is ... Kurt & Anna.
The crowd cheers "MVP! MVP!" as Kurt does his final dance.
