Frightening & Intense Scenes
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- Animal abuse: A puppy is brutally beaten by a man. A man is shot by another man. This is seen from far, therefore there is no blood and we only see the man firing the gun. In a later scene, we hear that the man dies. A man who is standing in the middle of a field rips his own head off. The scene may be quite intense, but it's made for a surreal effect.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Overall, the movie is very eerie and ambiguous. The atmosphere is dark and very dense. The scenes of the dog beating, the man who rips his own head off and the appearance of a red man-like figure with horns and a cow snout may be intense for some people. The bevelled camera effect may be, as well, disorientating for audiences.
