I've watched the entire show till now on the whole enjoying it. But my goodness this episode pushed me over the edge

I no longer understand Lenu's motivations. The people you let into your house - why on earth would you not tell them to do one because they are so unbelievably rude. Lila treats you like a mug but you still go back. The scene where Gennarino has coaxed your daughter over to a quiet spot to show her his knob - send him packing immediately!!!!

Lenu no longer acts like a real person. It's becoming incredibly hard to cheer her on. I am starting to freakin hate this show.

Why is a plot involving a young girl about six years old, being prey for a boy about 11 years old, necessary? The show has enough drama and interpersonal complexities involving adults. Lenu is a bad Mother! Lila's son Gennaro is staying with them temporarily. First, she catches Lila's husky son lurking around her house in the dark pretending to look for the bathroom he just passed by. He was looking for her little daughter's bedroom. Lenu looks concerned, but that's about it. Next, she catches them in an isolated beach area, where he lured her little daughter away to show her his privates and talks about pleasing it or touching it. He towers over her little daughter and outweighs her by 80 pounds easy, which makes it even more uncomfortable to see where this could go. Lenu catches them, pauses for some odd reason, then breaks up the disturbing scene. She tells him he's older and should know better. What! That's it! They then go for popsicles like nothing happened! Why didn't she send Lila's son packing immediately?! I've been a Day 1 fan, but please end this plot or I can't watch.
