A No Holds Barred Training DVD!
RealRonin22 March 2011
Shotokan Karate exponent and activist Frank produces a massive teaching curve of techniques including punches, kicks and blocks. Knife defences and attacks are covered along with a whole array of street fight sequences making the learning real.

The music is fantastic and hypnotic with lots of Iranian instrumental scores.

Also new artists have teamed up in this production such a Michelle Ericsson's "You Can't Stop Now" in one of the hardest 3 minutes of non- stop 'bagwork' ever captured on film.

Mark Lawn also provides great instrumental scores throughout the DVD production to some of the training sessions.

Overall a great training film with lots of learning making the watcher part of the action. The techniques are repeated to music several times with no breaks to allow the viewer to practice along with Frank!

A great film!

Warning: Spoilers
Hi Everyone,

This DVD came in between my books! I had written two and needed to take an break from the paper. I also realized that photos were good for capturing stances and technique along with terminology but real life action shots were an altogether different proposition.

I put together as many scenarios as possible into this DVD. Working my way up from teaching basics to combinations and finally sparring.

I hope the student will enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it!

Best wishes to you in your martial arts journey
