While the rest of the cast are away on Spring Break (in Niceville, Florida), Bill is tasked with taking care of their stuff at the MeTV studio. Lorna Greene asks Bill to keep an eye on her hamster, Teddy Roosevelt wants Bill to protect Benjamin Franklin's original kite (famously used to "discover" electricity) as well as a raw steak, and Svengoolie leaves Bill his boxer short underwear to guard.
Featured guest characters include sobbing Misty Drizzle ("Whether Woman"), environmental activist Lorna Greene ("Resident Tree Hugger"), former U.S. President Teddy Roosevelt ("Toughest President Ever"), and MeTV horror host Svengoolie ("Master of Terrormonies").
Through various mishaps stemming from the stuck-open studio sunroof, Bill fails in his role as caretaker for his castmates' belongings. While Bill protects Teddy Roosevelt's raw steak from circling birds of prey, Lorna Greene's hamster is snatched by an eagle. Then, while holding Ben Franklin's kite in a rainstorm, Bill is electrocuted and Teddy Roosevelt's raw steak is cooked in the process. Then, under the light of a full moon, Svengoolie's underwear is transformed into a furry underwerewolf.
Wartime cartoon Hop and Go (1943) is presented in a censored version, which crops the final shot to obscure the reference to Tokyo, Japan as the site of the destruction (and thus renders meaningless Claude Hopper's closing line).
Four of the five featured cartoons had appeared in previous episodes of the show: Hare Lift (1952) was in Fear of Flying (2021); Pink of the Litter (1967) was in That Zit! (2021); Lighter Than Hare (1960) was in Stuff & Nonsense #5 (2021); and Ah, Sweet Mouse-Story of Life (1965) was featured in three earlier episodes - Meet the Tooners (2021), Mascot Monthly (2021), and Bill Is on a Juice Cleanse (2021).
