- Little Bill: Can I come over and play on Saturday?
- Mrs. Shapiro: Uh, in Hawaii?
- Little Bill: Uh-huh.
- Alice the Great: Hawaii is very far away, honey.
- Mrs. Shapiro: Oh, it takes a long time to get there, even on an airplane.
- Little Bill: Well, when can I see you again?
- Mrs. Shapiro: Oh, darling, maybe I'll come back to visit in a year or 2.
- Little Bill: [depressed] That's a long time.
- Mrs. Shapiro: Mm, I'm afraid so.
- Alice the Great: [Little Bill takes all of Mrs. Shapiro's things out of the box, as he doesn't want her to move away] Little Bill, honey, we're supposed to be putting things into the boxes.
- Little Bill: Uh-uh.
- Mrs. Shapiro: But honey, I have to take those things with me to Hawaii.
- Little Bill: I don't want you to go away. I'll miss you.
- Mrs. Shapiro: And I will miss you too.
- Little Bill: Then don't go.
- Mrs. Shapiro: [Chuckles] But, but I miss my sister.
- Little Bill: April can be your sister too, then you don't have to go.
- Mrs. Shapiro: That is awfully nice of you but, well, my trip's all planned, and I have to leave in the morning.
- Little Bill: I wanna go home.
- Little Bill: Where are you going?
- Brenda Glover: I'm going with you.
- Little Bill: You are?
- Brenda Glover: Of course I am. If you're running away, I am too.
- Little Bill: Why? Nobody's making you take a nap.
- Brenda Glover: True, but wherever you go, I wanna go with you. Besides, who's going to take care of you?
- Little Bill: [Brenda reads Little Bill a story about Albert Applebey] Is he running away in his hot air balloon?
- Brenda Glover: [Closes the book] We'll find out later. It's time for your nap.
- Little Bill: Read some more, mama.
- Brenda Glover: Now, close those sleepy eyes, baby.
- Little Bill: [Overwhelmed] I don't wanna take a nap.
- Brenda Glover: We've spent the whole morning in the park, Little Bill, and now it's nap time.
- Little Bill: Please?
- Brenda Glover: It's time for your nap.
- Big Bill Glover: [Peaks by the doorway] Hey Little Bill. Nap time?
- Little Bill: Dad?
- Brenda Glover: Shh.
- Big Bill Glover: Nap time.
- Big Bill Glover: [Little Bill becomes grumpy]
- [Whispers about his new CD he received]
- Big Bill Glover: I'm going to listen to that new CD I was telling you about.
- Brenda Glover: I'll be down in a minute.
- Big Bill Glover: Ok. Have a nice nap now.
- Little Bill: I wanna hear Dad's new CD too.
- Brenda Glover: Gracious, you have good ears, hmm. You can listen to the CD when you wake up from your nap, now shut your eyes.
- Little Bill: No.
- Brenda Glover: Alright now, back into bed.
- Little Bill: It's not fair. You don't have to take a nap. Bobby and April don't have to take a nap. Why do I?
- Brenda Glover: Because, baby, you're 5 years old, and you need rest. Now I know you're feeling grumpy, but you'll feel a lot better after a good nap.
- Little Bill: No!
- Brenda Glover: Little Bill?
- Little Bill: NO! If I have to take a nap, I'm running away.
- Brenda Glover: [Shocked] Oh... . really?
- Little Bill: I'm running away, just like Albert Applebey!
