The shot of the Arsinoitherium swimming in front of the mangroves is the same footage as when a Moeritherium swims through the same area from Whale Killer (2001), only with the CGI animals being replaced.
All animals have scientific names composed of a genus (e.g. 'Homo') and species (e.g. 'sapiens'). Most prehistoric creatures are referred to by their genus name. Megalodon is a notable exception, as its genus name is either Carcharodon (which would make it closely related to the modern great white shark, 'Carcharodon carcharias') or Carcharocles. Scientist have not yet agreed on the correct classification.
