What I'd been missing!
This has really helped my wife and I the last few years. Ignore her hype (as I'd advise for any instructor), and these will restore some motion!
What I liked: Her classes move almost all your joints and muscles in every class. She advises to not hold stretches too long (something which aggravated my joints during yoga); She sometimes advises to breathe, to accentuate certain stretches; She does advise to not stretch in pain; She moves a bit faster than I, but advises to go at my own pace - thus, I can use my remote to pause while I catch-up; There's always a warm-up; She makes mistakes - my wife feels this keeps her approachable; Encourages you to exercise without shoes/socks; Truly does help with balance. Discourages use of weights (though see next section); Classes are only 20-25 minutes long.
What I didn't like: Episodes are seemingly repetitive - hard to tell what might be truly 'strengthening' vs. Improving 'posture', etc. She seems to shoot each episode in 1 take - no cuts, even to correct mistakes. She often loses track of counts, and often short-changes the 'balancing' maneuver (the 2nd half of each exercise). Makes some statements that you should take with truckloads of salt (movement can reverse osteoarthritis; No use of weights)
