- A female character wears a costume with an exposed midriff throughout the game.
- There is some suggestive dialogue between some of the characters e.g. Did you guys make out? Oscar, tell her the one about the priest, the stripper, and the bucket of frogs, and What, Mom didn't tell you I was stripping? Also, I'm pregnant.
- Such as the rebellious teenage girl who says to her dad, jokingly "What, mom didn't tell you I was stripping... and pregnant."
Violence & Gore

- Some of the fatalities the players' characters can suffer in the game are very gruesome.
- There is a very disturbing scene where a brain-dead man is shown with his stomach torn open and eggs buried inside him so that he may be a live incubator for the eggs. A character digs one of the blood-smeared eggs out of him.
- As players advance the storyline, a variety of sequences depict violent actions.
- Characters getting attacked and/or eaten by dinosaurs.
- A man getting shot by a gun-wielding mercenary.
- Characters engaging in hand-to-hand combat with dinosaurs and other humans.
- Blood can sometimes be seen on dead bodies and characters' open wounds; a few sequences depict pools of blood on the ground.
- The game shows many scenes of violence and blood, and a little bit of gore.
- The action is mostly dinosaurs fighting other dinosaurs or biting and eating humans.
- It's not overly gory, but you can see people's flesh torn.
- Blood stains skin and other objects (like an I.D. card.)
- As well as some scary moments that might bother some younger gamers.

- Jess sneaks a cigarette away from Gerry, her father.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- When Jess, Dr, Harding, and Nima run while the windows cracking could be very scary and intense for some viewers.
- There are scenes that show bloody corpses and dinosaurs eating humans.
- The dinosaurs may scare some young players.
- Some terrifying sequences might upset younger players.
- The game also has some mild profanity, sexual references, and images of smoking.
