Diane, Leo and his family are on an educational holiday in a typical village of the Middle Ages, restored at great cost, smack in the middle of beautiful parking lot. Mot is jealous because he was not invited and forgets to close the time doors behind him. Without the least effort, the parents find themselves in the real Middle Ages, involved with the local lord, Robert the Bastard. The father, who is convinced that he is participating in a detailed and careful reconstruction, flabbergasts his wife by taking part in a manly tournament and a torture session which is surely a subsidiary test. While trying to find his parents, Leo voyages between the present the past and the wrath of Diane.
