When Clark and Lois see their kitchen and Clark tells them that it is the house in the other world, there is a kettle on which Soup is written. As the other world's lexicology dictates that every word has to be written in reverse sequence of letters, and last letter capital, instead of first, that too in mirror image, that "Soup" should have been "Pous" in mirror reflection, in order to qualify for being from the other world.
Once the Earths start merging, all scenes are tinted red, even interior scenes where the red sunlight wouldn't be present.
