- A man and woman have a sloppy make-out session.
- A woman pulls down pants and squats over toilet. Her butt is exposed for several seconds.

- A scatological theme through out movie. The zombies are covered head to toe in feces, which they rub on and throw at their victims.

- A man shoots himself in the mouth with a shotgun. His eyeball flies through the air and into the mouth of another character who swallows it unintentionally.
- Tentacled creatures emerge from the zombie's rectum to attack, murder and rape the characters.

- Strong yet somewhat infrequent use of profanity. Several uses of "fuck", "shit" and other more mild obscenities. (The version I viewed was poorly subtitled in English.)

- There are several scenes that could be considered intense, however, the movie maintains a light tone overall.
- Graphic depiction of suicide
