Every tragic moment may change us completely. Jenny and Thomas never met each other, until they get stuck in a lift, at the 28th floor of a building in downtown L.A., for almost two days. Jenny is a wannabe actress, living in a comfortable bubble made possible by her fiancé money and success. Thomas instead is a prickly and arrogant novel writer. All odds are against any kind of relation between them, but somehow the long time spent in the elevator is going to create an uncommon opportunity to drop their act and disclose their own and real self. Weightless is a feature film about love, people and broken dreams. It explores different perceptions of reality, showing that possibly all our lives are connected and maybe each one of us is just dreaming all the time.
