Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaMichael Bay had resisted including the Dinobots in previous installments, as the writers had not come up with a convincing in-story reason for why giant robots, who (according to the first few installments) seek to maintain a low profile by disguising as everyday vehicles and appliances, would take the metallic form of giant reptiles who went extinct eons ago.
- Goofs(at around 2h 5 mins) In Hong Kong, when Cade, Joshua, Tessa, and Shane enter the elevator to run away from the rooftop, the elevator won't move and Cade says it is overloaded. But in the next scene, we could see that the maximum amount of person that the elevator could bring is 9 people. There are only 4 people and the seed (the seed is not as heavy as human because Joshua could lift it easily).
- Crazy creditsThis is the first Transformers that begins without an opening monologue by Optimus Prime.

a tad too long.otherwise,fairly decent
as far as mindless entertainment goes, this a pretty good film.it fill you up while are watching but leaves empty after it's over.there is some new blood injected into the series this time around. No Shia LaBeouf or Megan this time around.the characters and the actors are different.this time around we have Cade Yeager(Marl Wahlberg)and and his daughter(Nicola Pelt(whose biggest claim to fame so far has been appearing in the flop The Last Airbender, which was awful but not her fault),as the main human characters.Stanley Tucci has some very funny scenes, and Kelsey Grammar injects some gravitas into the proceedings.one problem I had with the film-it was a tad too long.they could have excised twenty to thirty minutes of the running time.that is my biggest complaint.otherwise, pretty decent.for me,Transformers: Age of Extinction is a 7/10
