This "Mother-Daughter" series from Girlfriends Films is among my favorites of theirs - quirky yet satisfying. Part 5 is merely business as usual, treading water until better casts and far better plot lines will emerge.
Usual four-segment format is divided into two halves, by virtue of the swapping premise (called "Exchange" in the title as sort of a euphemism). Who thought up this odd concept (perhaps Girlfriends' head honcho Dan O'Connell, uncredited -as usual- director of this) of mothers not pimping out their daughters but rather using them as coin of the realm to attract other young things for them to hump, remains a mystery but once the viewer gets on the wavelength it's fun.
First sex vignette has perhaps the plainest of the label's vast roster of femmes, Payton Leigh, having sex with young Evie Delatosso. Evie is not a big-name in Adult Entertainment but her big, natural breasts and pleasant look have afforded her a lengthy and productive gonzo career. This chance to see her in an almost real storyline assignment is a real treat, and she is easily breast in show.
The trade-off means that Evie's mom, June Summers gets to get in bed with perhaps the greatest star in O'Connell's history, Prinzzess, who has appeared in about 100 of his videos to date and is strictly a girl/girl performer. Casting is good, in that Summers' jugs are even bigger than her daughter's, and the great P. looks enough like her plain- Jane mom Leigh to pass muster. Of course, in this series most of the women are posited as step-mothers anyway, and often the whole mother-daughter act is revealed to be just a phony in order to join the on-line swap club.
Oddest wrinkle comes when Prinzzess takes the older woman up to her bedroom to show her a vast collection of sex toys.
After this entertaining first half, second portion of the video is disappointing. The real- life mother-daughter team of Desi and Eli Foxx are on hand with that gimmick already mighty old in my estimation. I don't see the point of that type of casting, in that incest is not involved or even hinted at in this context.
Desi gets to show her Sapphic skills with Heather Starlet, an accomplished star in both the girl/girl and boy/girl realms, and virtually the same type as Prinzzess so it is interesting to watch them in the same feature, if not in scenes together. An issue of both mom & daughter being interested in the same girl arises, but is not pursued dramatically.
That leaves daughter Eli to make love to her schoolteacher Miss Hannah (Darryl Hanah, who for some reason seems better (to me, not in reality) than the real "Splash" actress at being Daryl Hannah if that makes any sense. Heather, also a student, accidentally calls her mom "Miss Hanah", almost getting into hot water because this is not a movie blooper but rather a flub indicating that she & mom Darryl are phonies. The Darryl/Eli finale ends the show with a whimper, not up to standard.
