Against the backdrop of the worldwide pandemic and local lockdown, this documentary roams through empty streets and abandoned public spaces, depicting the events that toke place in Argentina during 2021 and 2021. From the cemetery on the shores of the Beagle Canal in Ushuaia, to the native residents of the triple border with Paraguay and Bolivia, to the now silent neighborhoods of Buenos Aires where homeless people are unexpectedly converted into the "owners" of the streets, and the inevitable collapse of the health system on its peripheries. The title not only alludes to the dramatic changes in this time period but also serves as a reference to the universe of "B-Movie" genre with its imagery full of mask, checkpoints, face shields and hazmat suits.
